Sweet light sponge cake notes with Vanilla and a hint of a buttercream or frosting in the background.
8 Day steep
A nice light sponge cake with a Vanilla buttercream, the sponge cake has a light mouthfeel followed by a slightly grainy mouthfeel from the buttercream.
17 Day steep
There has been a slight change in profile.
This is a still a light sponge cake with a light Vanilla buttercream and the mouthfeel remains the same, however this has now developed an initial strawberry taste that comes through on the first pull and then settles into a subtle background note.
24 Day Steep
No change.
Suggested Usage
I’d use this 1%-2% as an accent, 2%-3% as a background flavour, 3%-4% as the main note in
If you wanted this as a standalone flavour I’d suggest 4%-6%.
Use with Creams, Fruits, Buttercreams, Frostings.
This is also a pretty complete flavour.
