SnV

Very strong Aniseed flavour

10 day steep

No strength change, this is a very strong Aniseed flavour, Sweet and aromatic with a liquorice like flavour but without the candied notes.

20 Day steep

No change.

Suggested Usage

I’d use an accent at 0.05% (1 drop per 10ml), a background flavour at 0.05%-0.25%, a main note at 0.25%-0.75%.

Standalone 0.75%-1.5%

I’d only use the higher percentage range against other strong dominant flavours as this will dominate a mix otherwise.

Use where you would like an Anise flavour, also possible to use as a substitute for Liquorice and Fennel as it shares some of the same flavour.

Should work to create absinthe/Ouzo and Sambuca type flavours when paired with a suitable alcohol type.

Will also work well with candy like flavours and Teas.
