The oat like taste has now increased and has a light brown sugar type taste to it forming a crumble topping. The baked apple has also increased in strength although it still sits behind the crumble topping this is a sweet pie filling. The concentrate as a whole is of a medium sweetness.

Summary
If you want this to be the main flavour in a recipe especially when using with strong concentrates including some Custards, you may need to use this as at more of the Standalone flavour % to ensure that it doesn’t get overpowered.
I’d use this mainly with apples and apple flavoured concentrates such as FLV Apple filling, Pie Crusts, some Cereal types, Custards, Vanilla, Creams, Ice Creams, Brown Sugar, Caramel, Toffees.
This would work well to give a crumble like taste and texture to apple pie mixes, may also work well with other fruits like dark berries. Although the apple filling is quite light it will still come out if using as a background/main flavour, used as an accent you would get mainly apple with a hint of dark sweetness
