7 Day steep
No change.
22 Day Steep
No change. This too me is a deep and complex black coffee concentrate
Suggested Usage
I’d use as a main note 0.5%-1%, Background 0.25%-0.5%, accent 0.1%-0.25% and standalone at 1%-3%.
Use caution when using in a recipe as this is a strong concentrate that can easily take over a mix if used too high.
I’d use this flavour with Creams, Sweeteners, Coffees, Bakeries, Nuts and some Tobaccos, use wherever a strong Coffee taste is desired.
VTA Recommend 3%-5% in a mix and Standalone 5%-9%
2
A strong black Coffee with slightly woody and nutty notes, slightly acidic and bitter.
This is the taste of a freshly made black coffee using roasted fresh coffee beans.
