Manufacturers description "Surprising smoothness and cream. Green, nutty and fleshy avocado flavoring. A rich creamy avocado flesh can add dimension to both floral and nutty recipes alike. Use as a low percentage base up to 3% for a dynamic and rich non-dairy, non-vanilla type base. If you are getting tired of the same old custard bases, this and Kinako Soy will give you a new canvas for creating excellent and distinct profiles."

Summary
This to me is a ripe avocado with a fresh lemon juice squeezed over the top. This is slightly creamy with a little ‘tang’ from the avocado, used low you would get that light creaminess with some avocado flavour and would be useful to add some depth to some mixes, used as a main flavour you would get a full avocado flavour with some lemon juice.
