Suggested usage
I’d use this as a main flavour 10%-15%, Background 7%-10%, Accent 5%-7%, and Standalone 15%-20%.
Summary
The Banana is very candy like, reminiscent of Foam Banana/ Runts. The cream is quiet light adding more of a mouthfeel than a strong taste, this isn’t as strong as some other Banana Creams so may be an option if you are looking for a lighter banana cream flavour.
I’d use with banana, creams, Light Custards, Butterscotch, Caramel, Light Chocolate, Biscuits, Light pastry and light doughnut flavours.
