Alcohol note with a slight candy like banana, this needs a steep
7 day steep
The alcohol note has now steeped out, this now tastes like a Banana with a candy like taste, not as ‘foam’ banana like as some other artificial banana’s but still not fully realistic either. As the wicks dry this starts to gain a more realistic slightly under ripe banana like taste.

Suggested usage
I’d use as a main 1%-2%, Background 0.5%-1%, Accent 0.25%-0.5%, Standalone 2%-3%
I’d use with Cream, Fruits, Custard, Candy, Caramel, Alcohols, Toffee, Bakery, Vanilla and possibly Coffee.
Summary
This starts out as a slightly under ripe banana without any green notes, this has a creamy mouthfeel, however on the exhale this quickly gets a candy like edge to it, not a full candy banana but somewhere in between candy and realistic. I believe used low this would impart a slight banana flavour but mainly that full creamy mouthfeel and may be useful as a thickener in a fruit or cream mix. I’d advise to start low for a main flavour as a lot of banana flavours can easily take over a mix.
