Manufacturers description “A rich fine blend that only surpasses quality and authenticity of a true black leaf tea flavour. This complex flavour is sophisticated with its bold aroma and long lasting taste on the palate will lead you using it more and more in your e-liquid creations.”
SnV
Loose leaf black tea with some spice/herb notes and a slight earthiness at the end.
7 Day steep
No change, that spice note tastes like clove.
14 Day steep
No change, the clove like note is pretty strong at this %, there is a loose leaf tea type taste in the background along with a very slight bitterness that may be bergamot and finishes with a very slight earthiness that I taste with loose leaf tea. This is mildly sweet as if sweetener had been added, I’m not sure whether this is supposed to be an Earl Grey or a representation of a Clove Tea.
22 Day Steep
No change. To me this tastes more like a Clove Tea than an Earl Grey. The Clove note is fairly strong, this has a dry mouthfeel.
Suggested Usage
I’d use as a main flavour 3%-5%, Background 1.5%-3% and an accent at 1%-1.5%
I’d use with Tobacco, Creams, Ice Cream and other Teas.
VTA Recommend 2%-3% in a mix and Standalone 5%-9%
