Suggested usage

I’d use this as a main 1.25%-2.25%, Background 0.75%-1.25%, 0.25%-0.75%. Standalone 2.25%-4%

I’d use with Bakery, Butterscotch, Creams, Custards, Coffee, Tobacco, Ice Cream and Vanilla.

Summary

As an accent flavour this would provide a natural sweetness with minimal caramel, at 0.75% and above you would start to get the caramel flavour coming into your mix. As a background flavour this would sit behind heavier flavours such as creams and custards, when used as a main flavour the caramel would sit on top of your mix and be one of the first flavours tasted along with the brown sugar like back note. Use caution when pairing with other flavours containing brown sugar notes as it may become too much.

Flavorah recommended usage - Start at 1.25%
