Light flavour with sour dairy notes and a cheese like taste.

Slight increase in flavour, that sour dairy like note now tastes like the type of sour note in a traditional cheesecake topping, this also has a slightly creamy mouthfeel and taste, at this % it would add that slight sour note that some cheesecakes seem to be missing as well as adding a slight creamy mouthfeel to the mix.

Suggested Usage

I’d use as a Background flavour 1.5%-3% and an accent at 0.75%-1.5%.

I’d use this where I wanted a slight cheese/sour dairy like note with a light creamy mouthfeel for example yoghurts and Cheesecakes, I believe this is meant more as an accent or background flavour in mixes instead of a base to work off. If you wanted this as a main flavour I’d suggest 3%- 5%.

VTA Recommend - 1-5% in a Mix – Standalone 5-9%
