Sweet red cherry that’s slightly syrupy with an alcohol like note at the end. This has an off flavour reminiscent of VTA Gold rum

No change. This starts with a sweet red cherry like flavour, with a light syrupy alcohol like note that could be possibly be a liqueur on the exhale this has an odd slightly fermented off note, which is very similar to the off note I get from VT Golden Rum.

This concentrate is fairly light in flavour at this %.

Suggested usage

I’d use this as an accent 1%-1.5%, Background 1.5%-2.5%, Main 2.5%-4%.

I’m not sure whether that off note would get covered in a mix as to get that sweet red cherry in a mix this would have to be used higher than 2%.

If you don’t experience that off note this would pair well with Chocolates, Creams and bakery for part of the filling in a cherry pie.

This may also work with other cherries, fruits and coffee.

VTA recommended usage - 1-5% in a Mix – Standalone 5-9%
