SnV
Creamy milk chocolate with a slightly darker chocolate taste in the background, this is a little powdery on the exhale
7 Day steep
The cream is now starting to thicken up, no change to the chocolate
13 Day steep
No change, to me, this tastes more like a creamy milk chocolate as it’s still lacking the thickness and an egg like note to be a Custard, that slight powdery dryness is still there at the end and tastes a little like a Cocoa powder.
22 Day Steep
No change
Suggested Usage
I'd use as a main note at 2%-3%, Background 1%-2%, Accent 0.5%-1%
Standalone 3%-5%.
I'd use this with Chocolates, Creams, Vanilla, Bakery, Darker fruits and Custard
While this didn't taste quite like a custard to me this is still quite a thick Chocolate cream, it just needs a slight egg note to push it into a custard.
VTA Recommend 2%-5% in a mix and Standalone 4%-8%
