Suggested usage
I’d use as a main 2%-3%, Background 1%-2%, Accent 0.25%-1%
I’d use with Cereals, Bakery, Creams, Custard, Fruit, Nuts.
Summary
The cinnamon in this is pleasant and not overpowering, this is followed by the ‘Crunch’ cereal with a wheat like taste, this also has a grainy mouthfeel. This is followed by a hint of cream that prevents this from becoming overly dry. This would blend well into a cereal type mix, if used as an accent you may be able to utilise this to add a slightly sweet cinnamon into a mix.
