1 Day Steep
Strong sweet fleshy Coconut followed by a creamy Vanilla taste.
8 Day steep
The strength of the Coconut has reduced slightly, although it still remains as a sweet Coconut flesh the coconut is more like a desiccated Coconut than fresh, there is a slight Vanilla cream in the background, the cream hasn’t got the thickness or mouthfeel of a Custard.
17 Day steep
The Coconut taste remains the same, the cream has now got a thicker mouthfeel but is still more like a thick cream than a custard to me.
24 Day Steep
No change.
Suggested Usage
I’d use this 1%-2% as an accent, 2%-3% as a background flavour, 3%-4% as the main note in
If you wanted this as a standalone flavour I’d suggest 4%-6%.
Use with other Custards, Creams, Fruits and Bakeries.
WF Recommended usage :- 2%-4%
