Suggested Usage
I’d use this 1%-2% as an accent, 2%-3% as a background flavour, 3%-4% as the main flavour
If you wanted this stand-alone, I’d suggest 4%-5%
I’d use with Bakery, Coffee, Cream, Buttercream, Nuts and Vanilla
Summary
To me this is more of a coffee with a cake accent than a Coffee cake, the cake is present but is very light compared to the coffee and would need another cake flavour added. The buttercream and walnut to this is also light although a little stronger than the cake. The coffee is mild and tastes like a black Robusta bean, as an accent this would work well in coffee mixes for some depth as a main flavour use this as a base for your own coffee cake mix
