Generic brandy like taste with a sharp alcohol note7 day steep

The alcohol note is still there at the end but the Brandy has brightened up, this is a little different to the VTA Brandy as this is a brighter concentrate and sweeter, this has a very light floral to it along with a citrus like taste, there are also hints of other fruits that I hope become more prominent with a longer steep

Suggested usage

I’d use this as a main 3%-5%, background 2%-3%, Accent 1%-2%. I’d use with Fruits, Florals, Lemonades and possibly Tobaccos. Summary

This is a bright brandy flavour and may work used low to give fruits a slight ‘cooked’ taste, use this wherever you want a brighter brandy. I haven’t tried Cognac so I am unable to attest to its authenticity to the flavour.

This has a slight Alcohol throat hit to it but nothing I would describe as harsh. VTA recommended usage - Mixed: 3-5% – Standalone: 5-10%
