Suggested Usage
I'd use as a main 1%-2%, Background 0.5%-1%, accent 0.25%-0.5%. Standalone 2%-6%
I'd use this more of an accent/Background flavour to add a thick creaminess to custard recipes as used low that Banana candy like note won't be as present and should get covered up. Used above 0.75% The banana candy note will become stronger so only use at that % and above if you desire a banana taste.
I'd use with Custards, Creams, Bakery, Fruit, Chocolate and Vanilla.
