Candy like lemon almost sherbet like with a very slight cooling sensation
7 Day steep
The sherbet like note has now gone, although this is more like a hard candy lemon than a fresh fruit/juice, the cooling has increased in strength
14 Day Steep
This has become juicier with no other changes
42 Day Steep
There now appears to be a very slight hint of Eucalyptus deep in the background. No other changes
Suggested Usage
I’d use this 0.5%-1% as an accent, 1%-2% as a background flavour, 2%-3% as the main flavour
If you wanted this as a standalone flavour, I suggest 3%-5%
I’d use with Fruit, Honey, Candy, beverages and creams
Summary
This is a sweet and candy like Lemon with a hard candy like mouthfeel and what I believe to be a hint of eucalyptus. This would work well in fruit mixes and with lemonades
