This is very sweet with a candy raspberry flavour and a hint of citrus.
7 Day steep
The mouthfeel has increased, this now gives a full mouthfeel like candy floss, I can also taste a slight vanilla in the background.

19 Day Steep
No change. This tastes like a raspberry candy floss, with a light but full mouthfeel, that Vanilla hint adds a little depth to this flavour and also thickens the mouthfeel slightly, the citrus note that I tasted SnV has now steeped out.
Suggested Usage
I’d use as a main note 3%-5%, Background 2%-3%, Accent 0.5%-2% and standalone 5%- 10%.
I’d pair with Creams, Vanillas, Red Berries, Candy and possibly some beverage types.
At a low % this should work as a sweetener with very little flavour.
