Summary
This is a decent Eton Mess, is has elements of Meringue, Strawberry and Cream, although some of these do need a little help to come out more. The meringue is the main taste although does taste a little under baked and has a slightly chewy mouthfeel instead of the powdery feel of a fully baked meringue. The strawberry is slightly jammy although a little light, the cream aspect is more like a thin pouring cream, although the addition of the cream does stop this flavour from being a little dry as well as adding a little depth and ties it all together, this would work very well as a base for an Eton Mess, as an accent/background flavour this would provide a good slightly chewy meringue topping such as in a LMP or a Baked Alaska mix.
