I’d use this with Fruit, Creams, Custards and possibly bakeries
Summary
This is a strawberry with a light cream, the strawberry has some green notes that pushes it towards an under ripe strawberry, there are some jam like notes to this. The cream is a light background giving this the ‘swirl’. I’d primarily use this in milkshake or ice cream mixes, used in a strawberry mix this may prove useful as an accent to add a little mouthfeel to the mix
