I’d use this 0.5%-1% as an accent, 1%-1.5% as a background flavour, 1.5%-2% as the main flavour
If you wanted to use this as a standalone flavour I’d suggest 2%-5%
I’d use with Fruit, Beverage, Cream, Vanilla
Summary
This is a strong peppermint flavour, this is more ‘fresh’ in the sense that it’s cool and strong, there isn’t any fresh picked green notes to this, like in freshly picked garden mint
