Slight increase in strength, this now tastes like a thick golden syrup with a light tasting Dark sweetness, this is reminiscent of a tin of Lyles Golden Syrup. This is not overly sweet and has a nice depth to the flavour as well as a thick and syrupy mouthfeel

Suggested Usage
I’d use as a main flavour 2%-3%, Background 1%-2%, Accent 0.5%-1% and 3%-5% Standalone
I’d use with fruits, bakeries, creams, custards and pastry.
Use this wherever you would like a dark sweet flavour but not as dark as molasses or brown sugar, used as an accent it may be useful as a sweetener.
VTA Recommend 1-5% in a Mix – Standalone 5-9%
