No change. This is the buttery biscuit base you get at the base of a cheesecake including a crumbly/grainy mouthfeel, not quite a UK digestive as it’s missing some of that darker sweetness found in those.

Suggested Usage

I’d use as a main flavour 2%-3%, Background 1%-2%, Accent 0.5%-1%. Standalone 3%-5%.

I’d use with Cheesecakes, Other Biscuits, Creams, Custards, Bakeries and Brown sugars
