Tested @ 1%, diluted in 70/30 0Nic
Tested on a R200 Bonza dual coil 0.14ohm Flapton @ 100w
Manufacturer’s description – “A familiar apple flavor. This is a crisp and aromatic candy apple, not the caramel apple type. This flavor blends well with other soft fruit flavors, like banana and cantaloupe. It is also a good fruit flavor along with menthol, custard, or tobacco.”
SnV
Strong sour taste followed by a juicy apple with a peel like note.
7 day steep
The sourness has decreased, this is now a Juicy green apple with a little sour at the end with a slight peel note.
33 day steep
No change
Suggested usage
I’d use as a main 1.25%-2%, Background 0.5%-1.25%, Accent 0.25%-0.5%. Standalone 2%-3%
I’d use with Fruit, Bakery, beverages, Cream, Vanilla, Tobacco, Mint and some nuts.
Summary
To me this is a decently realistic green apple with a fleshy mouthfeel and hints of peel and is also fairly juicy, used low it may be useful to ‘pop’ pears and other green fruits, used with some additives like liquid amber or with a cider flavour this would be good as a main apple in a cider mix, I’d also pair this with FLV Apple Filling to fill the apple out a little more and provide an apple pie filling.
