Suggested Usage
I’d use this 2%-3% as an accent, 3%-4% as a background flavour, 4%-6% as the main flavour
If you wanted this as a standalone flavour, I suggest 6%-8%
I’d use with Fruit, Soda, Ice Cream, Candy, Cream and Chocolate
Summary
This is a sweet fresh Lime juice that fades a little over a longer steep, there are no flesh notes although there is a slight zest to this, this to me is more like a Key Lime juice with zest than a straight pressed lime.
Molinberry Recommended usage: - 7%-8%
