Tested on a R200 with a Bonza 0.14-ohm dual coil Flaptons.

Manufacturers Description “Creamy, eggy, and buttery, with a very mild lemon. It's a hollandaise cream without spice, it compliments custards, creams, and dessert mixes very well.”

SnV

Light cream with a thick mouthfeel, almost custard like with a very light lemon like flavour in the background

7 Day Steep

Increase in strength no other change to profile

21 Day Steep

No change

28 Day Steep

This has increased in strength slightly, the cream has now become a thick cream with the same mouthfeel, there are also low egg like notes to this. The lemon note has now almost faded out to be barely there

Suggested Usage

I’d use this 1%-2% as an accent, 2%-3% as a background flavour, 3%-4% as the main flavour

If you wanted this stand-alone, I’d suggest 4%-5%

I’d use with Cream, Custard, Fruit, Bakery, Nuts, Ice Cream, RY4

Summary

This is a thick cream with some egg like notes and a very light lemon that further reduces with a steep, this is verging on custard like due to the egg notes, although the egg isn’t as pronounced as in custards, this has a thick mouthfeel. this would work well in custard mixes to add depth or as an accent in cream mixes to thicken up the mouthfeel, the very slight lemon should get covered in most mixes

Wonder Flavours Recommended usage: - 1%-4%
