Very sweet dark caramel flavour followed by the honeycomb texture with a sticky mouth feel

Strong sweet and dark Caramel with a sticky mouth feel and a light honeycomb texture. This tastes just like the inside of a 'Crunchie' chocolate bar, otherwise known as cinder toffee. No change in strength.
Usage
I'd use at 4%-6% as a primary flavour this will give you the full on strong caramel honeycomb taste and texture.
2%-4% as a background for a slightly weaker full flavour profile.
1%-2% for an accent 1% should give you that Sweet dark caramel with a slight hint of that honeycomb texture, with the texture slowly filling in as the strength increases up to 2%.
This will work well with Chocolates, Ice Creams, Custards, Creams and tobaccos with a possible use in bakeries for a dark caramel taste.
VTA recommend Mixed:3-5% – Stand-alone:5-10%
