I’d use this 0.5%-1.25% as an accent, 1.25%-2% as a background flavour, 2%-3% as the main flavour
If you wanted this stand-alone, I’d suggest 3%-5%
I’d use with Fruits, Cream, Custard, Vanilla, Beverage and Nuts
Summary
This has the taste of an exotic fruit with notes of peach, pear and pineapple, these notes are more apparent on a SnV and become well blended as this steeps. This is sweet and juicy with a medium thick mouthfeel, this will work well in an exotic fruit mix, due to this not having an overly ‘wet’ mouthfeel this may also work well in bakeries
