Summary
This is a strong forest fruit mix that is Blueberry forward with Cherry just behind and a light raspberry, this is a darker mix than some of the other forest fruit mixes out. This has a slightly sticky mouthfeel as well as some juiciness, however this isn’t overly ‘wet’ so should mix well with creams, custards and bakeries, used as an accent this would mostly add blueberry to a mix.
