Summary
This is a crisp, sweet and juicy red apple with some flesh and peel like hints, this should work well as a main apple flavour in a mix, although juicy this isn’t overly ‘wet’ feeling so should work well in most fruit profiles, unlike JF Apple this has some flesh notes to it, used ow as an accent this may work well to add some natural sweetness to a fruit mix. This, to me, tastes quite close to FA Fuji Apple so may make a good sub
