Summary
This is pomegranate forward with the orange in the background, there is a slight bubble-gum like off note. The pomegranate is lightly tart and the orange is sweet, juicy and slightly artificial tasting. To me this is more like a Pomegranate and Orange juice, than the fresh fruits. As you take this higher the bubble-gum like off note will become more pronounced. The primary use for this would be as an accent or background in fruit or beverage mixes, I wouldn’t use this as a main note in a recipe unless you also wanted the bubble-gum note
