A dark and slightly sour lemon followed by a tart lime, this is a little light but should increase with a steep

Suggested Usage
I’d use this 1%-2% as an accent, 2%-3% as a background flavour, 3%-4% as the main flavour
If you wanted this stand-alone, I’d suggest 4%-6%
I’d use with Beverage, Fruit
Summary
This is a mix of a darker slightly tart lemon juice backed up by a tart fresh lime juice, there is a soda like taste to this but no effervescent like effect. The main use for this would be in beverage profiles
