Manufacturer’s description – “If marshmallow is a staple in your mixing arsenal this will be a must-have. Has a nice fluffy texture like marshmallow fluff from the store with hints of vanilla and it doesn't add any of the dryness or muting that comes with many typical marshmallow flavors. This could be the best marshmallow flavor you have ever tried. ”

Suggested usage
I’d use as a main 0.75%-1.5%, Background 0.5%-0.75%, Accent 0.1%-0.5%
I’d use with Candies, Creams, Fruits, Bakeries
Summary
As an accent flavour this would be useful to add mouthfeel to a mix, however some of the Vanilla note may come through. Using this as a main would add a full marshmallow taste along with a sweet vanilla.
Use this as an authentic marshmallow or as an accent to increase the mouthfeel of a mix
