I’d use this 0.75%-1.5% as an accent, 1.5%-2% as a background flavour, 2%-4% as the main flavour
If you wanted this as a standalone flavour, I suggest 4%-6%
I’d use with Fruit, Creams, Custard, Beverage, Bakery, Candies, Vanilla
Summary
After a steep this is a sweet and juicy peach with a fleshy and full mouthfeel with some hints of the peach skin/fuzz, this is a fairly authentic peach and will work well wherever you want a fresh peach taste
