Manufacturers description – “Smooth sweet flavour as found in a real pear, it’s a great way to lift sweetness is most recipes without using sweeteners such as EM and Sucralose. If you’re looking for a more natural way to make your juice pop. Pear by VTA creates a nice standalone juice at the higher percentage and is a delightful flavour to carry in your mixing station.”

Sweet, Crisp and Juicy Pear.

No change. This is a sweet, crisp and juicy pear with a slight hint if flesh and peel. This has a wet and full mouthfeel, just like taking a bite from a fresh pear.
This flavour tastes as if it may be more robust than some of the other pear flavours, however it will still need to be pushed up higher to ensure it doesn’t get overwhelmed by other stronger flavours.

Suggested Usage
I’d use as a main 3%-5%, Background 2%-3%, accent 1%-2%. Standalone 5%-10%
I’d use with fruits, creams, cereals, yoghurts, cinnamon, beverage, vanilla and bakery.
This may act as a natural sweetener for fruit mixes when used as an accent flavour.
VTA Recommend - Mixed:5-7% – Standalone:6-15%
