Slight increase in strength, this is a definite Raspberry Jam flavour , it still has some of that juicy element from raspberries with a nice sticky and full mouth feel, this is more of a generic store bought brand of Jam.

`Usage
I'd use this at 1%-2% for an accent flavour, 2%-3% as a background flavour and 3%-5% as a main flavour, Stand-alone I'd use at 5%-8%.
Use this where you would like a Raspberry Jam flavour, should work well with custards, Creams and Bakeries and some alcohol types to make cocktails.
VTA Recommend in a mix 1%-2% and Stand-alone 3%-5%
