Suggested usage
I’d use as a Main flavour 5%-7%, Background 3%-5%, Accent 1%-3%. Standalone 7%-15%
Summary
This is a sweet rhubarb with a slight tartness at the end, slightly candy like but mainly a stewed type. This would need some more tartness added to it to make it more realistic, consider pairing with another rhubarb flavour. To create a candy rhubarb this would just need some sweetener added.
I’d use with Cream, Custard, Candy & candy additives, vanilla, Nuts, fruits, bakery, beverages, spices, ice cream, sweetener and other rhubarbs
Chefs Flavours recommended usage - Mix at 10% and adjust to taste.
