Manufacturers description “ Roasted pecans with light creams and an unmistakably addictive taste.”
SnV
Strong Pecan followed by a thick cream and a hint of a coffee like flavour.
10 day steep
This has increased in strength; the Pecan is now coming in as a top note followed by a cream with a thick mouthfeel. There is a coffee like flavour to this that I believe is supposed to be a ‘roasted’ type of taste. At lower percentages it does become more of a roasted Pecan and cream, however at lower percentages the cream has a thinner mouthfeel.
20 Day steep
No change.
Suggested Usage
I’d use an accent at 0.5%-1.5%, a background flavour at 1.5%-2.5%, a main note at 2.5%-4%.
Standalone 4%-7%
This will pair well with Creams, Custards, Ice Creams, some nuts, Coffees and RY type tobaccos.
WF recommend – 6%-9%
