Manufacturers description "A new breed of caramel designed for tobacco, bakery styled recipes. This dark cooked caramel flavour lends a dry low sweet caramel flavour which is handy for recipes to develop authentic flavours such as RY4, RY5, RY6 and even some complex desserts that involve tobacco notes. Add vibrance to existing baked ejuices like Biscuits, waffles, cakes, cereals and much more. Tell us how your using this flavour."

SnV

Light slightly burnt Caramel, not burnt sugar.

7 Day steep

Increase in strength, this is now taking on a burnt sugar taste

13 Day steep

I’m still getting that slight burnt sugar taste, however there is a sweet caramel like taste in the background, used lower than my tester I believe the burnt sugar taste would become less pronounced.

22 Day Steep

No change

Suggested Usage

I'd use this as a main 1.5%-2%, Background 1%-1.5%, Accent 0.5%-1%

Due to the burnt sugar note I'm getting I'd use this more as an accent or background flavour and start at the lower % range of each, this may add more of a topping on Crème Brulee and use with Custards, Fruits, Coffees and Dessert Tobaccos.

VTA Recommend 1%-2% in a mix and Standalone 2%-3%
