SnV

Liquorice forward with a mix of berries in the background, I’m hoping these will become more prominent after a steep

7 Day steep

There are now notes of blackcurrant and red berries including raspberry, the liquorice has decreased in strength although it is still the prominent flavour and provides a gummy mouthfeel

14 Day Steep

No change

42 Day Steep

Suggested Usage

I’d use this 2%-3% as an accent, 3%-4% as a background flavour, 4%-6% as the main flavour

If you wanted this as a standalone flavour, I suggest 6%-8%

I’d use with Fruit, Candies, Alcohols

Summary

Although a one shot I feel this could be used with other fruits especially red berries, this is a mixture of Liquorice and red berries including raspberry, this has a pleasant gummy mouthfeel. The liquorice fades slightly during a steep to allow the red berries to become more prominent, after a steep this is well balanced, I believe this would also work well within cocktail mixes as an accent to give a unique profile.

Molinberry Recommended usage: - 6%-8%
