Suggested Usage
I’d use this 1%-1.5% as an accent, 1.5%-2% as a background flavour, 2%-3% as the main note. If you wanted this as a standalone flavour I’d suggest 3%-5%.
I’d use with Tropical fruits, Vanilla, Creams, Nuts, Florals, Custard possibly beverage
Summary
This is a tropical type of fruit with notes of pineapple, vanilla and a slight peach like note, there is also a mild astringency to this with a thick mouthfeel, there is a slight custard like taste in the background which adds to the mouthfeel
