Sweet ripe strawberry with a slight green note on the end

The sweetness has increased slightly, with a bright fresh ripe strawberry with a slight greenness like the stalk had been left on. Due to the sweetness this tastes like a fresh strawberry dipped in sugar

Suggested usage
I’d use this as an accent 1%-2%, Background 2%-3%, Main 3%-6%, and Standalone 6%-10%
When using with strong flavours use up to 7% however please be aware this does contain EM (Ethyl Maltol) so may cause some muting in a mix over time, this would be best used at 2%-4% and layered with another strawberry to add depth and cover that slight green note
I’d use with fruits, Mints, strawberries, creams, custards, bakery, beverages and vanilla
