Manufacturer’s description – “Milky with a hint of coconut milk. Not thick a thick, heavy butter cream, but a fresh note that is cereal friendly for drawing out a milk note. ”
SnV
Slightly sweet & buttery dairy cream with a light vanilla on top of the dairy note, this has a mouthfeel of a pouring cream, a little thicker than Whole milk but not as full as thick cream. The sweetness is almost on the verge of a condensed milk.

Summary
This is a sweet slightly thin cream with a buttery taste and mouthfeel, the butter coats your mouth like eating a pouring cream. There is a subtle vanilla to this, the sweetness is at almost a sweetened condensed milk level, due to the mouthfeel, sweetness and rich buttery taste. This is almost reminiscent of a condensed milk, mixed with the right flavour this could work as a condensed milk. Used low this may give some mouthfeel to fruit mixes and add richness to bakery mixes. As a background this could work to fill out and add richness to creams and custards.
