Suggested usage
I’d use this as a main 1%-2%, Background 0.5%-1%, Accent 0.25%-0.5%. Standalone 2%-3%.
I’d use this with Fruits, Vanilla, Ice Creams, Mint, Candy additives and some nuts.
Summary
This is a slightly dark watermelon with some juiciness and a rind like note, this isn’t as bright as other watermelons and is more realistic than candy to me. Due to the strength of this I’d advise caution when using in a mix and start low. This may need pairing with a juicier watermelon or a juicy concentrate to bring that juiciness out more.
