Strong fried dough with a hint of powdered sugar, slightly dry.

This has become stronger and the background notes have now started to fill out.

This is a light fried doughnut with a powdered sugar taste and a grainy sugar texture, this has now got a light raspberry Jam in the background, used at the testing % the Jam element would get covered in a mix.

20 Day steep

No change.

Suggested Usage

I’d use an accent at 0.25%-75%, a background flavour at 0.75%-1.5%, a main note at 1.5%-3%.

Standalone 3%-5%

This will work well with Bakeries, Creams, Custards and some fruits.

Used at 0.25%-0.5% you may be able to use this in bakery style mixes for the powdered sugar, as a main note it should provide a good doughnut flavour, you may need to pair it with another Raspberry or Raspberry Jam to bring the Raspberry filling out more.

I believe there may be some Zepolla and/or Joy used in this concentrate as it has similar notes.
