Manufacturer’s description – “Yakima Washington is a small town with an importannt distinction of producing the worlds best hops. This flavor is not just for beer however. Hops have a crisp and aromatic pine note, blended agains a zesty citrus base that is thuroughly fruity, while decidedly aromatic. Hops is one of our favorite flavors, and will surprise you with its potential as a key component of your future ADV.”
SnV
Slight floral with a spice like note followed by a bright yeast/hops taste
7 day steep
Increase in strength. The spice note, to me, is almost like an all spice type of flavour mixed with hints of pine and citrus, this is followed by a unique mild floral, the bottom note is a bright yeasty like flavour.

Suggested usage
I’d use as a main 0.75%-1.75%, Background 0.25%-0.75%, Accent 0.1%-0.25%
I’d use with Fruits, Tobacco, Chocolate, Beverages and some Florals.
Summary
Due to the uniqueness of this flavour it is hard to place this within a recipe, however used low this may be useful to add a slight bitterness to mixes and may work well as a bittering agent for tobaccos. May pair well with some herbs and spices such as Rosemary and Ginger.
