Suggested Usage

I’d use this 0.75%-1.5% as an accent, 1.5%-2% as a background flavour, 2%-4% as the main note. If you wanted this as a standalone flavour I’d suggest 3%-5%.

I’d use with Fruits, Vanilla, Creams, Custards, Caramel, Toffee

Summary

This is a sweet and creamy slightly juicy fruit with a thick creamy mouthfeel, there are notes of vanilla and pear in the background, due to the thick mouthfeel and vanilla, this comes across as slightly custard like.

Use as an accent to thicken up the mouthfeel of desserts and fruit mixes.

WF SUGGESTED DILUTION RATIO: 1%-4%
