WALES FIRE BREAK UPDATE

Chefs Flavours - Wales Fire Break Update 

From 23rd of October 2020 at 6:00PM the Welsh Government is implementing a 2 week Fire Break due to the rapid increase of COVID-19 cases throughout Wales. 

From 23/10/2020 - 09/11/2020 our office staff will be working from home meaning we will be making the following changes -

  • Orders - During this time we'll be operating as normal and will be processing orders however, we will be unable to send replacement orders for anything that has been returned to sender. 
    We are also unable to add additional products to pending orders or swap products in pending orders
  • Contacting Us -  As our staff will be out of the office and working from home we will be unable to take phone calls.

  • Possible Delays - As we will be operating with less staff there is a very small chance your order could be delayed. As always, we'll strive to get your order processed within 24 working hours (excluding weekends) however if we are aware of anything that might delay your order during processing we'll let you know ASAP.

We're hoping to return to our normal working procedures from 09/11/2020 however, this is dependant on decisions made by the Welsh Government. If any of these details change we will update our customers as soon as possible.
