When will my order be dispatched?

All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day.

Can I add to my order once it has been placed?

Yes, just message us or give us a call and we will do ourbest to add the extra items to your order.

Where is my order?

We always get orders out in a timely manner but we have nocontrol over the postal system. We cannot guarantee next day delivery on 1stclass post. For ‘Free Postage’ items we send them by 2nd classrecorded but please allow up to 5 working days for it to arrive

Something I want is out of stock, when will it be back instock?

Even though the site says an item is out of stock, we mayhave some but its just waiting to be bottled. Contact us through the site andwe will be able to tell you when it will be back on the site.

Can I get a refund on concentrates I don’t like?

No, Sorry but we cannot accept returns on concentrates thathave been used. We can however offer a refund on concentrates that are stillsealed and unused.

Do you do sizes larger than what is available on the site?

Yes, just send us a message through the site and we can helpyou further

Can I collect my order?

Yes, just leave a note on your order saying you would liketo collect your order and we will keep it in our office for you. You cancollect orders between 8am and 4pm Monday-Friday.

Why the rebrand?

We have re-branded the flavour concentrate side of Chefs Vapour so we can continue to bring you a wide selection of flavours for all your mixing needs.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal only for the time being but we are looking in to card payments options
